We have the right to cancel any bookings for a given reason. If the cancelation is out of our control, a full refund will be given. Should the customer cancel, they will not receive a refund.

We are not responsible for any child at any event.

We do not accept bookings without receiving the quoted deposit from the customer.

 

We have the right to refuse our services for a given reason.

​

Refunds may only be given under circumstances of each case to the businesses discretion.

​

All payments are liable to change at any time.

​

Your booking is only confirmed once we have received the full deposit and/or any other relevant charges and you have received a confirmation email from us.

If you decide to cancel your booking your deposit is nonrefundable. However, if you wish, we can reschedule your party date if we are able to with no further deposit required.

If we should have to cancel a booking under circumstances (we have never had to do this in previous years), we will contact you and offer either a refund, or if possible, another actress to come as your requested character.

​

If it is a large party, we have the right to request that you book 2 or more characters for safety and quality standards.

​

All final payments must be payed by or on the date of the event. All late payments may be subject to a late fee charge.

 

Your entertainer must have access to parking close to the venue, should there be a parking charge, we do require that you add this to your booking fee.

COVID 19 - Should the customer cancel the booking, a refund shall not be given. However, if we are able, we will reschedule your booking for no extra cost. Should your entertainers test positive for covid, we will aim to honour your booking in any way possible. Should this not be possible, we may offer a reschedule date or provide you with a part or full refund. Each case is considered individually.
